The program aims to empower individual initiative, foster creativity, and resist hierarchies that might hinder problem-solving and innovation. This encourages self-organization and provides a new way to organize people
Crews are smaller task-based groups created from the major teams of [P1]. These Crews work on a singular goal together specifically towards their "North Star".
Yes, nobody is barred from being in a crew or creating their own crew. Although you will have to have completed your Join Exam unless recruited when you show up for your intial meeting.
Team members are encouraged to recruit others, which helps grow the size of their Crews by reaching out to external individuals.
Just do it! Check the discord's crew section to see there isn't a crew working on your crew idea and follow the template at the bottom to create your crew if it is available.

Great planning is essential but we're not prescriptive on how you plan and if you have to use our tools.
There are a few things you must adhere to:
1) Using /review to review tasks
2) Using our Action Trello for tasks that need to be accounted using /account. image
3) Only use the White Discord https://trello.com/c/7qJb8nOA when sharing sensitive permission links to your Trello or Miro or whatever else.
4) Don’t make private Discords or chats to chat with your team. Use the main Discord and @tag people or make a new voice channel: https://i.imgur.com/Eikyhhm.png Why? We need to be able to see what other teams are doing to avoid working over each other.
5) Move completed tasks to the Wall of Fame on the Action Trello.
6) Completed Art, Sound or other assets should be uploaded to the Asset Discord. https://trello.com/c/lCtJMHI3
The rest is optional.
This means you can create your own Trello board, use another tool all together or use post-it notes you take pictures of… 🤷♂️. Just make sure reviewers can see the Trello with it being public or something.
